RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellations

Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (often the next business day), you must contact us immediately to cancel an order.
Cancellation Window: We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the shipping process has started or 24 hours have passed, the order can no longer be canceled.

2. Return Policy

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-returnable Items: Intimate or sanitary goods, specific health and personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids/gases.
  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is strictly responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged/missing parts (not due to our error), or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Refund Policy & Processing Fees

Once you submit a refund request on our website, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will automatically be credited to your original method of payment.

⚠️ Important Note on Refund Fees (Effective May 1st, 2024):
Due to payment gateway upgrades, a service fee is charged by the payment institution for every transaction.
If the refund is NOT due to merchant error or product quality issues, this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Fee Calculation: 5.0% of the total order amount

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is approved but you haven’t received it yet, please follow these steps:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  • Contact your bank to check their processing times.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at [email protected].

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exact exchange, please email us at [email protected].

Tip: If you are returning an item over $49, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
