A: In the majority of cases, no. To help you avoid extra charges, we mark packages as low-value gifts and split larger orders into separate shipments. However, please note that any potential customs fees ultimately depend on your local government’s laws.

Q: Why isn’t my tracking information updating?

· Orders are shipped directly from China via the Chinese Postal Service and must be handed over to your local government postal service.

Q: The tracking number says “Delivered”, but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
A: If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, please take the following steps:
· Check your surroundings: Ask your neighbors or other household members if they received it on your behalf.
· Contact your local post office: Once the package reaches your country, domestic delivery becomes the responsibility of your local postal service. They can often provide the exact GPS coordinates of the drop-off.
